I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. It must be difficult to socially isolate for everyone, but it is how we are going to get through this together.

Our school has remote instruction and my favorite online class is AP Chemistry. Our teacher mixes in a lot of humor which helps us stay connected. I do miss the labs.

I’ve been trail running every day to keep up my mental strength. I have also been howling every night at 8pm. Let me explain. An amazing idea started a few weeks back in our neighborhood. Every night at 8pm for 5 minutes people howl from their homes. This started as a way to thank our health care providers for being on the front lines and putting their lives at risk to help patients with COVID-19. It has also become a way to relieve stress and feel connected as a community. Howling together makes us stronger. Here are some links to the continued howling stories:
